However you have to fill it with helium before actually attaching the electronic device that communicates with the remote control for movement and before attaching the fins.
The other downfall is that the Air Swimmers are made for indoor use only. You have to have a pretty large space for a four foot fish to travel inside the house. If you use it outside, the Air Swimmers will fly away. Another con is that the pieces like the controller that attaches to the balloon as well as the other stickers do not stay on well. If you fill it up with too much helium, it will float to the ceiling and will not work. Air Swimmers need to be refilled every so often due to the helium leakage.
People that have already purchased this toy says that it takes a lot of time to assemble because the directions are not very thorough. Other suggestions say that this is a bit fragile because it is a helium balloon.
